Welcome to All Saints Scrip!
What is Scrip?
Scrip is a fundraising program at All Saints to help families raise money for both All Saints school AND for All Saints families' educational expenses or one of the charitable funds at All Saints Parish, all without spending any extra money!
Scrip is fundraising while you shop at places you already go. Scrip is a gift card or certificate bought by the Scrip Program at a discount, and then sold to you at face value. Scrip gift cards are available for endless places that you are already going to -- fast food, salons, restaurants, retail, travel, home improvement stores, the mall and more. We sell many popular gift cards, including Casey's, Kwik Star, Fareway, Walmart, Target, Theisen's, Culvers, and Cost Cutters. The money earned by the Scrip Program is then split 50/50 with your family (for educational expenses or a parish fund) and All Saints School.
The term scrip has historically been used as an alternate name for gift card fundraising, since scrip refers to an alternate form of currency. Instead of selling goods or planning events, gift card (aka scrip) fundraising participants can earn for their fundraiser or cause by using gift cards to pay for everyday purchases.
How does Scrip work?
Scrip is gift card fundraising. Earn simply by buying gift cards to use for everyday purchases, instead of cash or credit cards.
The concept is simple: the All Saints Scrip program purchases gift certificates and gift cards, or scrip, from popular retailers at a discount, which the retailers are happy to give because they're guaranteeing themselves customers and some goodwill advertising. Families then buy the gift certificates from the Scrip Program at face value. The difference in price (the "rebate") is kept in the Scrip Program. Families spend the scrip at the retailer, where it's worth the full face value; they haven't spent an extra dime to help our fundraiser, nor have they had to change stores or buy items they may not really need or want.
One of the unique aspects to the All Saints Scrip program is the scrip rebates are shared 50/50: half of the rebate goes to the school, and the other half is directed by the purchasing family. You could use your SCRIP earnings to help reduce your student's educational expenses. It also can be applied to Childcare, Teachers Assistance Fund, Scholarship Fund, All Saints Church, Haiti Fund, Metro Catholic Outreach (Loaves and Fish) or it may also be applied towards another family's tuition such as a grandchild or any student. You decide where you would like it to go.
How does Scrip help ME?
50% of the scrip rebates earned are applied as the purchasing family chooses. For example:
Do you have a student at All Saints Elementary School? You can receive a check to apply to their educational expenses.
Do you have a student at All Saints Early Childhood Center? You can receive a check to apply to their childcare expenses.
Do you have a student at another Xavier Catholic Schools location (Regis Middle School, Xavier High School, ...)? You can receive a check to apply your scrip earnings to their educational expenses.
Do you have a grandchild/niece/nephew/neighbor at one of these schools? You can direct your scrip earnings directly to that family's scrip account, or you can receive a check to apply your scrip earnings to their educational expenses.
Do you have no children at Xavier Catholic Schools, but want to help one of All Saints Parish's charitable efforts, such as the Haiti Mission, Metro Catholic Outreach, the tuition assistance fund, or All Saints Parish as a whole? Would you like to help support one of the fabulous All Saints educators with their classroom expenses? You can apply your scrip earnings there, too!
Who can use Scrip?
Scrip can be used by ANYONE! You do not need to have a child enrolled at the school, nor be a member of the parish, to participate in scrip. Multiply your Scrip earning by having your business, friends and relatives (especially grandparents) designate their earnings for your child's tuition or the rebate can be designated to go to any of the parish funds. In fact, many of our retailers are national brands, and with online ordering and e-cards, you don't even need to be in the local area to purchase and use scrip!
Okay, now show me an example of how this works.

How do I sign up for Scrip?
There are two ways to sign up for our Scrip program. The best way is to sign up online through our scrip vendor, RaiseRight, at https://www.raiseright.com/enroll. Please fill out this form to request our enrollment code. RaiseRight has a step-by-step guide to sign up: www.raiseright.com/resources/participant/start-earning/. NOTE: if you do not wish to enter your bank or card information online, you can always select the "Pay Coordinator" option to pay with cash or check at the parish office.
The other way to sign up for our Scrip program is to contact us directly, either by filling out a paper order form or emailing the coordinator (scrip@allsaintscr.com). We will need your name, a phone number and/or email address (if we have questions, or to notify you that your order is ready), and where you would like your earnings to be applied.
How do I order Scrip?
The best way to order scrip is online through the RaiseRight app or at RaiseRight.com. It has the most complete, up-to-date listing of all the available vendors and their current rebates, especially when products have bonus rebates. It is the only way to order e-cards and refill existing cards (we cannot order e-cards or refills with paper orders), it prevents ordering errors, and it is SO much easier on our Scrip program volunteers!
An alternate way to order scrip is by filling out a paper order form, and returning it to All Saints Parish (the office or the Scrip dropbox) or the All Saints School office. Please read the Local Products List and RaiseRight Product List for our currently available products. You can pay for your scrip either when you place your order, or when you pick up your order.
Finally, we offer in-person sales of scrip from our inventory. We occasionally sell scrip after weekend masses, when we have sufficient volunteers.
How do I pay for scrip?
If you place your order using the paper order form, you can pay by cash or check, either when you drop off your order form or when you pickup your order from the school or parish offices. Please do not place cash in the scrip drop boxes!
If you place your order online, you can pay online from your checking account or a credit card, or you can select "pay coordinator" and pay with cash or check in the parish or school offices.
When will my order be ready?
If you order e-cards or refill existing your cards, and you pay online, you should have your scrip ready is just a few minutes. If you order e-cards and choose to "pay coordinator", your scrip will be available after we receive and process your payment.
If you order physical cards to be sent to your home, and you pay online, those will be sent directly from RaiseRight. Visit https://www.raiseright.com/resources/faq/ for more information regarding their shipping method and schedule.
For physical cards, whether an online order to be "sent to organization" or a paper order, these orders are processed and filled on Monday and Friday mornings. If we do not have the cards you ordered in stock, we will order them and they should be ready in a few days. You will receive an email or a text message when your order is ready to pick up. Orders will be available for pick up from the Parish Office during the week, unless you request otherwise. See our calendar for our current order fulfillment schedule.
How do I indicate where I want to direct my Scrip earnings?
You can choose where to direct your scrip earnings on a paper order form; or by simply emailing the scrip coordinator (scrip@allsaintscr.com) and stating your name and if you want your earnings as a check or to be directed to a fund (Haiti, MCO, etc).
If we do not have your choice on file, we will assume you wish to have your earnings as a check.
Checks will not be issued for less than $10; those earnings will be used by the scrip program to offset shipping fees and administrative costs.
Scrip selections will apply to all earnings for that year (beginning in May), and will remain in effect until we are notified otherwise. To change or verify where your scrip earnings will go, please email the scrip coordinator at scrip@allsaintscr.com.
When will I see my Scrip earnings?
All of the Scrip earnings are tabulated and disbursed annually each May. If you choose to apply your scrip earnings towards a parish fund (MCO, Haiti Mission, All Saints School, etc), your scrip earnings will be sent directly to their destination. If your scrip earnings are greater than $10 and you elect to receive a check, we strive to have those available to pick up before Memorial Day.
